What do you do?

We are looking for a talented, strong Consolidation Analyst who thrives in an international, dynamic environment. You report to the Group Consolidation and Accounting Manager, work closely together with your HQ Finance colleagues and the regional Finance Teams.

In this position you will be co-responsible for managing and executing the statutory consolidation of group results. You prepare statutory consolidated financial statements, incl. sub consolidations, on a quarterly basis, will contribute to the annual financial statement and support during the year end audit. On a monthly basis you manage the intercompany processes, review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account reconciliations and prepare elimination journal entries. For this you will be in close contact with your finance colleagues on HQ and regional level to make sure the intercompany reporting is accurate & transparent. It is important to set up a solid structure where you account for the right documentation and (when necessary) position papers during the year so that the year-end closing and consolidation will run smoothly.

The statutory consolidation process is currently being executed by an outsourced partner and after the go-live of the new consolidation & planning tool OneStream this process will be insourced and handled by the new Consolidation Analyst. Although a lot of the processes will have been set up in OneStream before your arrival, you will be stimulated to streamline and optimize the consolidation & reporting process and tooling wherever possible. As the Consolidation Analyst you will be getting training in OneStream for you to be able to become a key user, being able to train colleagues and manage system changes; e.g. set up new entities, changes in Gaap/IFRS/Chart of Accounts or changes in business model which have an accounting impact (e.g. on revenue accounting).

Quantified self: the future of health

Long before COVID a trend toward ‘quantified self’ has been on the rise – the concept of individuals actively taking charge of their wellbeing, with data-driven tools, products, apps, and knowledge. This is not surprising, since the chances of facing lifestyle-based health problems (from diabetes to depression) have increased drastically in the past decades.

2020 obviously acted as a pressure cooker on this topic. On the one hand, the COVID-year put the subject of curative health front and center on everyone’s mind. On the other hand, the topic of prevention and wellbeing also became more important than ever.

Catching a cold has become something we would love to prevent – so how can we boost our immune systems? More broadly speaking, how can we take care of ourselves – mentally and physically – when our world has become the space between our four walls? In the near future the urgency of these questions will only increase further. In the long term, the demand for mental and physical self-care and optimized wellbeing continues to grow.

Atida: online, science-based, personalized

Atida provides an answer to this trend by sending its customers top quality supplement packages on a monthly basis. These packages are composed based on a quick and comprehensive questionnaire, about the individual’s physical status, habits, and wellbeing desires. Packages may focus on skin and hair, improved immunity, bone strength or healthy pregnancy – to name just a few examples. And of course, all of Atida’s supplements are high quality and backed by science.

‘Subscription-based consumer health is a fairly new game in Europe, but the market is entirely ready. And with the leadership team I have hired over the past year, we are well equipped to be the first player that tackles this market at scale.’ – Julie Szudarek, CEO at Atida

The company has an international, vibrant atmosphere and is fast growing. The company’s values are being ethical, empathic, healthy and well, humble and honest, curious and courageous. They are committed to connect people and to better the community. Preferably having a little fun along the way. Employees are eager to proactively grow the business and offer the best solutions. The company’s scale up vibe requires a strong, flexible and hands-on mindset.
